This organization was founded by Lu Frias in 2015, with the goal of creating a system that helps players of all levels achieve their goals. As the Softball Instructor and Personal Trainer, it's his organizational philosophy that we follow as a program. We take a lot of pride in knowing we put out the best fitness and skills development programming we can offer as a staff. Coach Ben Harding came aboard in the Summer of 2021 and was the missing piece to the success of this program. We are now one of the only programs in the state that own their facility and is used exclusively for our teams and is not open to the public. We also have three locations we call home in the state of RI. West Kingston Park in South Kingstown, Colt State Park Sports Complex, Bristol, RI. and Cold Spring Park, Woonsocket, RI. By being a part of this program, you have the option to participate in three distinct levels of softball. Our East Bay Division is our Rec program, North Division is our development C level teams, and our South Division is our higher-level B teams. Alisha Harding manages all things related to finance, rostering, and team communication.
