A swing player’s first commitment is to the team with which she is officially registered, not the team she swings to. To be recognized as a swing player, a signed Swing Player Letter must be on file.
When approving swing player participation, consideration will be given to how it affects both the registered team and the swing team—particularly regarding playing time and team balance. All decisions will be made in the best interest of the swing player and her overall development.

The purpose of the swing player position is to recognize and provide opportunities for above-average players who demonstrate the ability to play at a higher level. As an organization, we aim to reward hard work, commitment, and dedication to the sport. Our goal is to inspire all players to set and achieve personal and team goals within our organization.
Swing Guidelines:
The Director of Training & Development will identify the athlete for consideration to become a swing player. A discussion will be had with the family, and offer her this position.
